We have no idea whether Silver is the manufacturer or the model. Google is your friend, but try to find pages about silver guitars and silver jewelry in the shape of a guitar through the forest to find something about a cheap guitar from the seventies. We came up empty, so we have no idea how old it is or where it was made. We do know what it is made of, namely plywood. Yet it is a funny guitar: nice explorer shape and after replacing the buttons and switches it is still in quite good condition.
